A Registered Nurse licensed in New York, California, and Florida, Michele built an extensive career in high-stakes environments, including neonatal intensive care and emergency medicine. This background in critical care has defined her approach to leadership: disciplined, detail-oriented, and focused on the long-term well-being of those under her care.
As President of the Inspirit Foundation, Michele serves as the primary executive leader, bridging the gap between high-level organizational strategy and the day-to-day welfare of the athletes. She draws on her experience co-founding and managing the operations of a leading martial arts academy to ensure the Foundation operates with transparency, efficiency, and professional excellence. Her dual expertise as a healthcare provider and a black belt allows her to oversee the Foundation's mission with a unique perspective on both physical safety and athletic ambition.
