Originally from Minas Gerais, Brazil, Michele Freitas is a highly accomplished healthcare professional and a Jiu-Jitsu black belt who brings a unique blend of clinical precision and leadership to the Inspirit Foundation. A Registered Nurse licensed in New York, California, and Florida, Michele built an extensive career in high-stakes environments, including neonatal intensive care and emergency medicine. This background in critical care has defined her approach to leadership: disciplined, detail-oriented, and focused on the long-term well-being of those under her care.

As President of the Inspirit Foundation, Michele serves as the primary executive leader, bridging the gap between high-level organizational strategy and the day-to-day welfare of the athletes. She draws on her experience co-founding and managing the operations of a leading martial arts academy to ensure the Foundation operates with transparency, efficiency, and professional excellence. Her dual expertise as a healthcare provider and a black belt allows her to oversee the Foundation's mission with a unique perspective on both physical safety and athletic ambition.

Under her presidency, Michele integrates her medical background into the "Pillars of Performance," ensuring that the Foundation provides more than just training. She spearheads the initiatives for nutrition, injury prevention, and mental health, ensuring every young athlete has a healthy and sustainable path to professionalism. Her vision is to lead an organization that not only produces world-class competitors but also nurtures healthy, well-rounded individuals who are prepared for success in all areas of life.
